Supermodel Miranda Kerr Returns to Australia to see family for Mother's Day this weekend

She's just endured one of the most documented break-ups in Tinseltown's history and been publicly humiliated by her family, but the ever-poised Miranda Kerr still has a smile on her face.
While most A-listers suffer a public meltdown at some point in their career, the supermodel has come out of her hardships stronger than ever - and so has her career.
The 31-year-old has landed deals with H&M, Escada, Swarovski, Wonderbra and Reebok, all while juggling her mothering duties to three-year-old son Flynn. So how does she do it? With the help of mediation, prayer, yoga and a diary, she reveals.

Speaking about how she deals with life's obstacles, perhaps hinting at her break-up in October from husband of three years, Orlando Bloom, Miranda told The Telegraph: 'When I have challenges now, I feel like I sit with them, I try to look at things, because there's always a positive and a negative to everything.
'And sometimes I'll speak to friends, and sometimes I'll just meditate and I'll visualise letting it go. Meditation and yoga, and having people, as I said, who you trust, who you talk to. But also writing. I like to write, and then I can rip it up or burn it.'
Miranda also describes herself as 'spiritual' saying: 'I pray every day. I meditate every day and I do yoga. I'm not religious, I'm spiritual. And praying is something my grandmother taught me as well. To pray and be grateful, have gratitude, is a big thing for me.'
Quite a welcome home party: Miranda Kerr, 31, was met by her three-year-old son Flynn and her parents Therese and John as she arrived at Sydney Airport on Saturday night

Obviously keen to share her spiritual awareness, Miranda often posts inspirational quotes, mottoes and pictures on her social media accounts.
The supermodel recently posted an image of herself at the beach on her Instagram page captioning it: 'To love and be loved is one of the greatest gifts in the world.'
Miranda was reunited with her grandmother in her hometown of Australia at the weekend. After publicly pleading for Miranda to return home, her mother Therese Kerr and her relatives were over the moon after spending Mother’s Day together.
It was only three months ago that Therese appeared on ABC’s Family Confidential, begging the 31-year-old to get in contact with her family after not seeing her for more than a year.
Therese, 48, who was on the show talking about her skincare range Divine, also showed off her Mother's Day gifts.

‘I’ve got my little pendant from Randa,’ she told the Today show’s hosts Karl Stefanovic and Lisa Wilkinson, holding up her new piece of jewellery that she had received as a Mother’s Day gift from her model daughter on Sunday.
It was a big family reunion for the Kerr family complete with four generations including Miranda’s parents Therese and John, as well as brother Matthew and her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins spending the day with the model and Flynn.
With any trace of resentment erased, Miranda spoke to a Nova FM radio show on Sunday evening.
'I'm so proud of my mother,' she gushed.
''And nan, she should really put out a cookbook because she taught me how to cook. I'm so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful women.'

But on Monday it was back to work for the Kerr family - while Therese was on TV, Miranda was in the make-up chair, sharing a photo of herself on Instagram on Monday morning in which she was getting glammed up for a photo shoot with high-end glossy Vogue Australia.
Despite making her fortune through modelling (Forbes listed her as the world's second-highest paid model behind Gisele Bündchen), Miranda, whose contracts brought her home a reported £4.2m last year alone, says she isn't 'limited' by the career.
'It's not the be all and end all. I'm very appreciative of it, but if it stops tomorrow, that's not the end of the world, because there's so much more that I'm passionate about as well.'
It's been a busy few months for the newly single mother, who has flown in and out of her New York base to maintain her thriving business deals.
The multi-tasking mogul has designed a nature-inspired Royal Albert tea set collaboration and also has her own range of organic beauty products, KORA.
Speaking recently about her beauty brainchild, Miranda said: 'KORA Organics is a reflection of my passion for living a healthy, balanced organic lifestyle that I want to share.'
